Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD)
How Profit Hawk integrates with Amazon Warehousing & Distribution to track your AWD inventory alongside your FBA stock.
Profit Hawk automatically detects AWD inventory and shipments tied to your US Amazon sales channel. When it finds AWD data, it creates an AWD warehouse in your account and treats it as an external warehouse. No manual setup is required.
How AWD detection works
When you connect your Amazon Seller Central account, Profit Hawk monitors for AWD inventory and inbound shipments. If it detects any, it automatically adds an AWD warehouse to your account. This warehouse appears alongside your other warehouses on the Warehouses page.
AWD detection only applies to US Amazon sales channels. If you sell in other marketplaces, AWD inventory for those regions is not tracked at this time.
What gets tracked
Once the AWD warehouse is active, Profit Hawk tracks:
- AWD inventory levels for each SKU stored at Amazon's distribution centers
- AWD shipment status for units moving between AWD and Amazon fulfillment centers
- Total stock picture combining your FBA inventory, AWD inventory, and any other external warehouses you have configured
This gives you a single view of all your inventory across locations when planning replenishment.
Viewing your AWD inventory
Your AWD warehouse and its inventory appear in the same places as your other warehouses:
- The Warehouses page at Settings > Warehouses shows the AWD warehouse alongside any others
- The Inventory table includes AWD quantities so you can see your full stock position per SKU
