Billing & Plans

Manage your Profit Hawk subscription, update your payment method, view past invoices, and change plans.

Profit Hawk's billing is handled through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment details, and download invoices from the Billing page in your organization settings.

Where to find Billing

Click your organization name in the top-left of the app and choose Organization Settings, then click Billing in the side menu. You need admin permissions on the organization to view or change billing details.

What you will see

The Billing page shows:

  • Current plan -- which plan you are subscribed to and what it includes
  • Renewal date -- when your next payment will be charged
  • Payment method -- the credit card on file
  • Invoice history -- past invoices, with PDFs you can download

Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial, but a payment method is required so we can roll into a paid plan automatically when the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Changing plans

Click Change Plan to upgrade or downgrade. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period:

  • Upgrades -- new features and limits become available immediately. The next invoice prorates the difference.
  • Downgrades -- you keep your current plan until the period ends, then start the new plan.

Updating payment method

Click Update Payment Method to enter a new credit card. Stripe processes the change directly; no card details are stored in Profit Hawk.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel, click Cancel Subscription on the Billing page. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you lose access to data sources and the inventory overview, but your data is retained for a recovery window in case you change your mind.

If you want to cancel and have your data deleted immediately, email [email protected] and we will handle it.

Invoices

Past invoices are listed at the bottom of the Billing page. Click any invoice to download a PDF. Each invoice includes:

  • Plan name and billing period
  • Charges and applicable taxes
  • Your business address (taken from your organization profile)
  • Stripe payment confirmation

If you need an invoice formatted differently (for example, with a custom VAT ID or tax exemption), email support and we can adjust your billing profile.
