Data Not Syncing
Troubleshoot common issues when your Amazon Seller Central data is not syncing to Profit Hawk.
If your inventory or order data is not appearing (or not updating) in Profit Hawk, work through the steps below.
Check your connection status
Open the integrations page
Go to Settings > Integrations > Amazon Seller Central and confirm the connection shows as Active.
Reconnect if needed
If the status shows Disconnected or Error, click Reconnect and re-authorize through Amazon Seller Central.
Try a manual refresh
Click the Refresh button on the integrations page to trigger a new sync immediately.

- Your Profit Hawk account email
- The approximate time you noticed the sync issue
- Any error messages you see on the integrations page
