Account Settings

Manage your personal profile, organization details, and notification preferences in Profit Hawk.

Profit Hawk has two layers of settings: personal (specific to your user account) and organization (specific to the brand or company you are working in). This page covers what each one controls.

Personal settings

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app and choose Personal Settings. This opens your account-level configuration.

Profile

FieldWhat it controls
NameThe name shown on your user profile and in team membership lists
EmailThe email you sign in with and where notifications are sent
AvatarYour profile picture, shown next to your name in team lists and audit logs
Password / Magic LinkProfit Hawk uses magic-link sign-in by default; no password is required

Updates take effect immediately and apply across every organization you belong to.

Language and color mode

  • Language -- Profit Hawk's interface is available in multiple languages. Pick the one you prefer
  • Color mode -- light, dark, or follow your system preference

Organization settings

Click your organization name in the top-left of the app and choose Organization Settings to manage org-level configuration. You need admin permissions to change most fields.

Organization profile

NameThe brand or company name shown in the app and on PDF purchase orders
SlugThe URL-friendly identifier (used in /app/<slug>/... URLs)
LogoAn optional logo that appears on PDF purchase orders

Team access

Manage who can access the organization and their permissions. See Team Access for details.

View your current plan, billing details, and invoices. See Billing & Plans for the full reference.

Switching organizations

If you belong to multiple organizations (for example, an agency managing several brands), use the organization picker at the top of the sidebar to switch between them. Each organization has its own data, integrations, and settings.
