You will get a magic-link email to confirm. See the [Quickstart Guide](/quickstart) for the full walkthrough including connecting Amazon. Go to **Sales Channels**, click **Add Sales Channel**, and choose **Amazon Seller Central**. You will be redirected to Amazon to authorize Profit Hawk. For detailed steps with screenshots, see [Amazon Seller Central Integration](/integrations/amazon-seller-central). Profit Hawk syncs your inventory levels, sales and order history, inbound shipment status, and product catalog (ASINs, SKUs, titles). Profit Hawk requests read-only access and does not modify any data in your Amazon account. Your products and current inventory levels are usually ready within a few minutes. The full 18-month historical sales import takes 12 to 24 hours due to Amazon's API rate limits. You will get an email when each step finishes. Until the historical import completes, forecasting accuracy is reduced. Yes, two things drive the quality of replenishment recommendations: 1. **Lead times** -- how long it takes to get inventory from your supplier into FBA. Defaults are reasonable, but customizing per product makes recommendations more accurate. 2. **MOQ and case quantity** -- without these, recommendations may include quantities your supplier will not accept. See [Product Settings](/inventory/product-settings) for the full list of inputs. ## Inventory and forecasting Inventory and order data syncs automatically on a daily schedule. You can also trigger a manual refresh from the **Sales Channels** page or click **Refresh Forecasts** on the Inventory Overview to recompute replenishment numbers immediately. Check your sales channel status on the **Sales Channels** page. If it shows an error, try reconnecting. See [Data Not Syncing](/troubleshooting/sync-issues) for a full troubleshooting guide. The most common reasons are: - The product is brand new and has no sales history yet - The product is **archived** (only active products are forecasted) - The 18-month historical import has not finished yet (within the first 24 hours of connecting) See [Forecast Looks Wrong](/troubleshooting/forecast-looks-wrong) for a structured way to diagnose. Most forecast issues come from one of four inputs: skewed velocity, wrong lead time, mismatched min/max days of stock, or missing product cost. Walk through [Forecast Looks Wrong](/troubleshooting/forecast-looks-wrong) for the full checklist. Critical means the product will stock out before a new replenishment can land. Action is needed immediately, even if it means expediting (switching to air freight) or skipping the case-pack round-up. No, they answer different questions. **Replenishment Priority** (A - Critical, B - Standard, C - Long-tail) is how important a product is to keep in stock. It is a long-term stocking strategy that sets the safety-stock service level Profit Hawk targets (roughly 95%, 90%, and 85%). **Urgency** (Critical, Soon, Planned, OK, Not Needed) is the short-term signal that a product needs a reorder now. A product can be **A - Critical** priority and still be **OK** on urgency when it is well stocked. The Inventory Overview groups by priority by default. Click **Export** in the Inventory Overview toolbar to download an Excel file of the current view. This respects all active filters and the active tab, so the file matches what you see on screen. Yes, two ways: - **Bulk edit dialog**: select multiple products on the Products page and click **Edit Products**. Update brand, status, MOQ, case quantity, and pallet quantity at once. - **Excel import/export**: export all settings to XLSX, edit in your spreadsheet tool, and import back. Profit Hawk shows a preview of changes before applying. See [Product Settings](/inventory/product-settings) for the full reference. ## Orders and replenishment A **purchase order** is a new order placed with a supplier (you are buying inventory). A **transfer order** moves existing inventory from a warehouse, 3PL, or AWD into FBA (you already own the inventory). Both are built as **restock plans** in Profit Hawk. You pick the type when you create the plan. Open the Inventory Overview, switch to the **Restock** tab, select the products to order, and click **Create Order** in the bulk action toolbar. Profit Hawk generates a polished PDF you can email or upload to your supplier's portal, but it does not send the PO for you. This keeps you in control of the supplier relationship. Make sure MOQ is set on the product (in Product Settings). Profit Hawk respects MOQ as a floor, then rounds up to case quantity.
